The matric class of 2019 has made us incredibly proud!
23 boys achieved A averages, with the following four boys achieving a full house of 7 distinctions: Ahmed Jajbhay, Keiron Naidoo, Mohamed Kolia and Sachin Reddy.
6 A’s were obtained by: Malibongwe Makhonza, Keagan Fassom, Ananta Reddy, Thashey Pather, Hendrik Heymans, Kayuran Naiker, Nicholas Naidoo and Tyrelle Naidoo
5 A’s were obtained by: Kieron Gopal, Gideon Munyaradzi, Arshan Magan, Micholan Nadarajan, Azhar Noormahomed and Jayden Wessels
4 A’s were obtained by: Kimeshan Moonswamy, Lukhwazi Ntombela and Ntando Zondi
Overall the Class of 2019 achieved 231 subject distinctions, which equates to an average of 1,2 distinctions per boy with 97.3% of students qualifying for tertiary study, of which 80% qualified with a Bachelors Pass.
Special mention goes to our top 3 achievers; Ahmed Jajbhay placing 1st with an average of 90%, Mohamed Kolia placing 2nd with an 88.4 average and Keiron Naidoo achieving 87.3, placing him 3rd overall.
Northwood management and staff congratulate our Class of 2019 on their fantastic results; a culmination of hard work from our learners, guidance and support from parents and unending commitment from our teaching staff.
