Memorial Wall
We are proud to announce our latest project, the Northwood School Memorial Structure, which will commemorate the brave Old Boys who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their country while attending Northlands Boys High School, Beachwood Boys High School, and Northwood School.
This structure will serve as a lasting tribute to these courageous men and will be an integral part of our school’s tradition as we honour the fallen on Remembrance Day. The memorial structure will be a beautiful and timeless symbol of remembrance, built with the highest quality materials and expert craftsmanship.
We invite you to join us in supporting this important project. Your contribution will help us ensure that the memory of our fallen Old Boys is honoured and preserved for generations to come. Your support will also help us create a meaningful and lasting tribute to those who gave their lives in service to their country.
High Performance Gym & Pavilion
Our High-Performance Gym facility is an exciting one and will be housed alongside the main field. This will allow easy access to our pupils and can be incorporated within their practices and Physical Education lessons. The Gym will focus on Functional training and the equipment will be tailored to this. In addition to the gym, the First Aid room will be moved to this facility. This will make ambulance accessibility easier. Another exciting feature will be the standing area above the gym – making viewership of our main games very exciting. This area will also be tailored to be wheelchair friendly.

The Shield Wall
Purchase your piece of armour and place it with pride.
The concept of the wall is one taken from the history of interlocking shields / armour used as a protective “wall” and is an apt one for our Northwood families, Squires and Knights to uphold as part of our school’s proud history and ethos.
Individual brass plaques are R350 each and can be personally inscribed or you can choose from one of our templates.

We are excited to offer businesses and individuals the chance to partner with us and gain exposure while supporting our school and sporting codes.
Whether you are looking to sponsor one of our school teams or events, or you are interested in branding opportunities on our facilities or uniforms, we have a range of options to suit your needs and budget. Our team will work with you to create a customized sponsorship package that meets your specific requirements and goals.
Partnering with Northwood School not only gives you the opportunity to reach our school community, but also provides you with the opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to education, sports, and community development. Your support will also help us provide our students with the resources they need to excel in their chosen fields and make a positive impact in their communities.
Support a Squire
Support-a-Squire initiative has been founded to support the school specifically in the area of Scholarship and Bursary Funding. The primary objective here is to assist and attract learners of outstanding ability and character who are in financial need.
There is no hiding from the fact that a quality secondary education, which successfully integrates academics, sports and culture, is the first stepping stone to benefitting from a tertiary one. By supporting this initiative, you help provide learners, who would otherwise have not had the opportunity, access to such a stepping stone.
Learners eligible for consideration of such scholarships at Northwood School are boys from the broader South African community, as well as from our neighbouring countries, who are prepared to give of their best both in the classroom and on the field. All contributions going into the Trust, together with the names and progress of those benefiting from scholarshipfunding, will be available in the schools termly reports for those who are contributors to this particular initiative. All contributions to the Trust are tax deductible in terms of current regulations. Sponsors may choose to contribute to the Support-a-Squire initiative in a format of their own choice, in relation to the duration, structure and purpose of the scholarship.
