Last week Tuesday on perhaps one of the hottest days we have experienced, a number of our athletes took part in the Durban Circuit Trials at Kings Park. We had a number of good results. All the track events from 100m to 400m were timed heats, making it quite a challenge for the boys to perform at their best.

In the U17s, MacMillan Mudara and Keane Fourie placed 1st and 2nd in their 100m heat in a time of 11,6 and 11,7s respectively. Zinzan George ran the 200m in 24,4s. Nicholas Ndlela ran the 400m in 57,1s with Denym Rhodes shortly behind him.
